Time for a relaxing weekend, starting with a nice breakfast.
I did a nice antipasti / capris for starters, along with a very nice bottle of wine :-)
Made a Cacio e Pepe (cheese & pepper) tagliatelle tonight, can’t lie, it wasn’t great as I seem to have used far too much pepper, I will try it again but with a lot less pepper next time.
Made a bread & butter pudding, with banana, very tasty.
Sunday I saw my parents for breakfast, then made dinner when my wife came home. Did some tasty cheese leaks, which I liked (but no0oine else did)
