Busy in the office first thing then off to Cullompton to do some bits & pieces. When I came back I made a tasty lunch for my & my wife, using the thin slices of beef left over from the weekend, cooking them with mushrooms, in garlic butter and had them in a baguette with some fresh watercress.
Very very tasty :-)
My wife is better now and made a carbonara in the evening.
