Its the weekend and October, still taking it a bit easy but got a bit of work done.
In the evening a very tasty roasted feta & tomato sauce with garlic & lemon and some prawns, then added it to pasta shells and topped with a salmon fillet to finish.
All very nice.
Sunday I saw my parents for breakfast and did a nice pie & mash for dinner.
I forgot to take a photo of my diner with gravy and of our rice pudding which we had for afters.
