I was not due to talk until nearly 2pm, so I got there early to have lunch and go to the bathroom after the drive but I was halfway thru a very nice mac'n cheese with beef chilli and they asked me talk straight away, which was no problem, apart from I was desperate for the loo the whole presentation.
Then home via the pensioners meeting.
