Last day of the course and it went well.
We finished at 4:30pm but my flights wasn't until 9:50pm so rather than spending hours sat at the airport I thought I would have a snooze in a comfy chair in the hotel and then have a meal, which was lovely. I had a ham-hock terrine starter.
Then a prawn and chorizo risotto.
Then a strawberry roulade.
Then off to the airport and a flight home.
Eventually got home just after midnight.
