A very wet & windy day in Taunton, with me having to prepare for tomorrows presentation in London, next weeks presentation in Cheshire and next weeks course in Abu Dhabi. Plus I now have to submit a tender to do some training for an government agency later in the year.
I can't complain, especially after a fairly quiet year but I was looking forward to just a few presentation over the next few weeks.
I'm still just doing a swim & a steam but my cold has nearly completely gone so I will have to be back in the gym soon.
