Well Orange Wednesday yesterday and not a great choice, so we saw "The Bounty Hunter" with Jennifer Aniston (in 1D). Has her whole career been her playing herself. Surely it must be wrong to call yourself an actor if you can only play yourself.
Saying that it was quite fun and broke up the evening.
Now work, too much to do to be on my bike this week.

Michael Caine, Clint Eastwood, Richard Burton ("Broadsword calling Danny Boy"), the list of actors who mostly play themselves, or at least the same version of themselves on screen, is endless. However, when you get an actor trying to do something different you can end up with Nicole Kidman in The Hours wearing a false nose. You can't take your eyes off it! And enough with all these excuses get on your bike.

ReplyDeleteAniston is not really in that class, Friends was funny but they have not moved on.
