Day 5067 (16/11/2023)

We were up fairly early and got ready to drive to Worthing, where we booked into the hotel before picking up Lee & Tim and driving into Brighton, for a quick & very tasty Mexican.

Then off to the Dome for Holly Johnson, who was brilliant :-)

Day 5066 (15/11/2023)

I was up early and went from Southport to Preston for a very interesting conference, with a very nice buffet but was not allowed to take photographs fr security reasons.   

Then a long drive home, with a stop off for some disappointing food & drink.

Day 5065 (14/11/2023)

A wet & windy day in Taunton, with things to do in the office.

Then a long drive in the evening to Southport for tomorrows conference, staying in a cheap but comfortable Travelodge.

Day 5064 (13/11/2023)

My wife wasn't not fully better but she insisted on going back to work, as did I. 

Day 5062 & 5063 (11 & 12/11/2023)

Time for a relaxing weekend, unfortunately my poor wife can hardly move as her back is really painful, so she had to have a day laying down, with me looking after her. 

So I made a nice breakfast but was out of practice of taking the tops off of soft boiled eggs, as my wife usually does that for me.

And a nice chicken kiev dinner.

Still looking after my wife and her very bad back, so I insisted that she stay home, as she clearly couldn't go to work, so it also meant I didn't see my parents this morning, so no croissants :-(

I tidied the garden in the afternoon, as there is a never ending load of leaves landing in the garden.

And made a nice vodka rigatoni in the evening.

Day 5061 (10/11/2023)

We had a much needed lie-in, then I made some some lovely tasty bacon & sausage rolls. 

Then we had a relaxing day, with a nice fish pie in the evening. 

And when Thomas came home we let him have his cookie, which was delivered a bit late. 

Day 5060 (09/11/2023)

Up early and off to Thomas's Graduation, which was great but long. The whole ceremony is available on YouTube, with Thomas being presented at 1hr 12mins. It was a lovely and emotional day. 

Then we went for a nice lunch.

Then we drove home and collapsed exhausted from the day.
