Day 5197 (25/03/2024)

Up early to finish everything before going away and then off to the train station for the start of a nightmare train journey to London, which should have only taken 1.5hour but lasted for nearly 6hours.

Then it was a made rush across London, which time for a few photos, to meet my friends for dinner.

Then back on the tube to go to my hotel for the night. 

Day 5195 & 5196 (23 & 24/03/2024)

A weekend of mixed weather, with lots of showers on Saturday, so my plans to tidy the garden were put on hold again. We had a nice brunch.

And we got a curry delivered in the evening.

I saw my parents on Sunday morning, then home to finish doing all of my work before going away tomorrow.

   

Day 5194 (22/03/2024)

Busy in the office, getting ready for being away next week.

Had some nice fishy burgers in the evening.

Day 5193 (21/03/2024)

Busy running the second day of the online  training and finishing some work. 

Had an odd cous cous dinner in the evening.

Day 5192 (20/03/2024)

Running an online training session during the day, then doing some work afterwards.

Had vegi hunters chicken & wedges in the evening.

Day 5191 (19/03/2024)

Had a nice breakfast, then busy in the office and online in the evening.

Had some pasta in the evening. 

Day 5190 (18/03/2024)

A bit of a busy week, so busy in the office and no gym.

Vegi fingers, chips & beans in the evening. 

Day 5188 & 5189 (16 & 17/03/2024)

Time to relax but still had lots of work to do. Had a nice breakfast.

We popped out in the afternoon, to do a few things and had a Costa.

In the evening I did a nice buffet, with a plate of rocket, parma ham, fig & baked haloumi, a prawn cocktail, cheesy chips and a few other bits.  

Sunday I saw my parents for breakfast. Then home to do some work. 

I didn't fancy a Sunday Roast, so did hotdogs with a few bits & pieces, which was veery nice. 

Day 5187 (15/03/2024)

Still busy in the office.  Had some nice sushi for lunch and had some leftover pearl-barley dinner with a salmon fillet in the evening.

Day 5186 (14/03/2024)

Another busy day at work. My wife made a tasty pearl-barley based meal in the evening.

Day 5185 (13/03/2024)

Busy at work during the day. After lunch Lee left, to go back to Worthing. It is always great to see them and sad when they leave but we will see them soon.

Then when my wife came home we had a belated trip up to Bristol to lay some Mothers Day flowers on Mary's grave, then stopped off for a quick subway on the way home. 

In the evening I made a quick but tasty pea risotto.

Day 5184 (12/03/2024)

Another busy day at work, still without Ann who is ill.

I had bought my wife a nice cake for Mothers Day which we got around to starting.

It was very tasty. 

We had pizza in the evening, then I was online.

Day 5183 (11/03/2024)

Back to work, quite busy. 

Had the last Monday evening online session, which is a bit of a relief.

Then had a silly face dinner afterwards. 

 

Day 5181 & 5182 (09 & 10/03/2024)

The weekend an an early start as we needed to tidy up a Lee was coming home for a few days for Mothers Day.  As we were busy we had a quick breakfast.

Got some nice flowerers for my wife, sort of a joint Mothers Day and her fresh flowers I buy every other week for her.  

Then I made a very tasty vegi tuna cheesy pasta for us all.

All very nice.

Sunday was Mothers Day and we all went to see my parents for breakfast. 

Then my wife was home early, to spend some time together. I did a nice roast lamb dinner in the afternoon.

With a vegi option for the kids.

Another busy day in the office. We had some nice sushi for lunch.

And nice fish & chips in the evening.
