Another day in lockdown, very busy with work stuff.
Went out in the afternoon so my wife could have her first vaccination but she wasn't very well afterwards.

Busy time but had a nice Chinese take away on Saturday.
Made a nice roast pork dinner on Sunday.
With some pancakes & fruit for afters.

Another day in lockdown, very busy with work stuff.
Did a nice cheesy tuna pasta in the evening.

Day 4094 (16/03/2021)
Busy online in the office. As it was our cleaners birthday, rather than just having a chat over a cup of tea my wife set out a little birthday tea for her, which seemed to be quite moved by.
Then to celebrates Thomas finishing another section of University work, we had a two for Tuesday pizza. Then I was back online doing stuff.
Day 4091 & 4092 (13 & 14/03/2021)
It's the weekend, with plenty of plans for food :-)
Did a Mexican with wraps and nacho's for dinner on Saturday.
On Sunday it was Mothers Day, so it was really nice to see my parents and wish my mum Happy Mothers Day in person. Really missing family & friends so much during this latest lockdown, it's been such a long time since we have got together :-(
Did a spinach & ricotta cannelloni for dinner, along with a few other bits and nice bottle of Presseco.
Then I made some afters because of a video I saw on Instagram, with Nutella & banana in rolled white bread, then with cinnamon sugar, served with some maple syrup & Crème fraîche, quite tasty :-)

Another week in lockdown coming to an end, I can't wait for some normality to return.

Another busy day online, running the course for the University.
Had a nice dinner in the evening, using up the sausages and black pudding from the weekends mixed grill :-)

It's International Women's Day, so a big Thank You to my Mum & my Wife.
It would be easy to name at least another dozen women who I owe my thanks to for all they have done for me and my family but I won't name them but I hope they already know how much I appreciate them.

Day 4084 & 4085 (06 & 07/03/2021)
It's the weekend, it's stopped raining and I'm hoping for some time off. We had a nice vegi full bifta for breakfast.
I fancied a mixed grill for dinner, so it was a bit of a meat over-dose, which was lovely and started with a very tasty prawn cocktail with smoked salmon.
On Sunday I made a very tasty macaroni cheese, which I served with some antipasto and a nice bottle of wine.
Dirty & unhealthy but oh so lovely :-)

Getting up to date with work, so I might actually be able to relax this weekend. I'm planning on doing a mixed grill, maybe even a starter :-)

Another day in the office, doing the University course online, which seems to be going OK, although much stranger than doing it for real in the classroom.
It is so much better not spending hours driving to venues and being at home but I did prefer the classroom setting, perhaps in the future it can be a bit of both.
