It's the weekend :-) and it started with a nice breakfast before we went out to the garden centre.
Then after a quick sushi lunch we went to tidy the garden and planted some herbs.
Then we had a nice curry in the evening.

It's the start of a nice long weekend, so aiming to relax a bit with my wife and to get the garden looking good but we started with some Easter crumpets.
Then tidying the garden.
Then we went to see my parents in the late afternoon and went to The Worlds End for dinner in the evening.
Day 4842 (05/04/2023)
another busy day at work and another vibrant coloured dinner with rocket. Tonight it was butternut squash puree and gnocchi, which was OK but could probably be improved by taking off the rocket for a start.

A busy & wet Tuesday, with more rocket in the evening, with figs, Parma ham and halloumi, one of our favourites.
Day 4840 (03/04/2023)
It was a nice day, so I was able to start tidying the garden after the winter, by jet washing the top patio.
In the evening in an attempt to use up two massive packets of rocket, my wife made rocket pesto linguine, which was a vibrant and green and not very nice :-(

Day 4838 & 4839 (01 & 02/04/2023)
It's April already.
Had work to do but tried to relax a bit after a very nice breakfast.
Made some lovely vegi lamb kofta in the evening.
On Sunday I saw my parents first thing then home to do some work, then made a tasty pie & mash for dinner.

Day 4836 (30/03/2023)
My wife was off, so after a relaxing start to the day we went out, visiting a garden centre so had to have some tea & cake :-)
Then home for some nice fajita's.

A busy day to start with, with a nice breakfast.
Then I went over to Cardiff, in awful weather, to meet up with my friend Sam to see a show but we had a nice pizza first.
Then we saw a comedian called Tom Ward, who was really funny.
