Had a nice breakfast, then a busy day in the office.

In the evening me and my wife went out for dinner, then we saw Zoe Lyons at The Brewhouse, which was really good.

It's the weekend, time to relax a bit.

Did some lovely vegi hotdogs in the evening.

Sunday I saw my parents for breakfast, then had some work to do before doing a nice roast pork dinner, with a vegi version for Thomas.

A busy day in the office but in the evening I made a lovely prawn risotto, and mushroom risotto for Thomas, with a lovely pesto caprese salad. probably my best ever risotto :-) 

All very tasty.

Went to Bournemouth to pick Thomas up, then home to catch-up on work.

A busy day but actually found time for the gym. 

Had a nice pie & mash in the evening.

A busy day at work and online in the evening. 

Lee went home in the evening, it was great to see them, as always but they did leave an unwanted / unexpected gift to add to the collection.

It's the weekend, with time to relax. 

We went to Bridgwater & Bristol to lay some flowers on the graves, then had a bit of a picnic up on The Downs. Then back to Taunton for tea & cake with my parents. Then home where I made a very nice vodka rigatoni.

On Sunday it was Mothers Day, I saw my parents for breakfast and then Lee made a surprise visit (well I knew they were visiting). Then I made a nice Sunday Roast for my wife & Lee.

Busy at work and made a very tasty salmon Chinese style dinner in the evening, which was very tasty.

Have another 2day online training session, so another busy time, will be glad when this and the University training is all done.

Had a nice chilli in the evening.

A busy day as I had things to do out and about which I had meant to do last Wednesday but couldn't because of the snow. 

Slightly annoyed to still be getting this racist propaganda in the post.

Busy online in the evening and then had a nice dinner.
