Another day in lockdown and busy in the office, so much to do and quite tied, think I might have to stop doing so much.
Had the left over paella for a late lunch with my wife.

Day 4119 & 4120 (10 & 11/04/2021)
It's the weekend but I'm busy with thing in the office.
Did a paella and a few other a bits for dinner tonight, which we had with a few glasses of gin & tonic, all very nice :-)
On Sunday I did a toad-in-the-hole for Thomas a nice roast for us, which we had with a very lovely bottle of wine :-)

Another day in lockdown and busy in the office but in the afternoon we went out, albeit to the Doctors for a blood test, as my wife is still unwell following her vaccination, then off for a Costa as a treat.

Day 4114 (05/04/2021)
Easter Bank Holiday, with a relaxing day at home. I had a few bits to do in the office then started clearing the garden for the summer.
Had some cheese and biscuits and far too much port in the evening :-)
Day 4112 & 4113 (03 & 04/04/2021)
It's the weekend and I had a really busy Saturday, which started with a Costa drink & breakfast wrap as we had to pop-out to post some things. I had loads of work to do during the day and in the evening I made a nice meat balls with linguine and a caprice salad & olive bread, with a nice bottle of Kyle wine.
In ended up working through the night, so I was exhausted but it was nice to have caught up a bit.
I made some nice smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on bagels for breakfast.
Then I cut the grass and realised that my lawn had not survived the winter :-(
Then did a slow cooked shoulder of lamb, which was very nice.
Day 4111 (02/04/2021)
It is Good Friday Bank Holiday, so after being cleared, we decided to have some fresh air and went for a walk along Minehead.
Then have our favourite fish & chips on the seafront.
Then we watched the sunset at a chilly Watchet.

It's April already, how did that happen. Still missing my Kylie calendar.
A very busy day on Zoom but I had to go to as drive thru testing centre in the morning, which was an experience but not for me.
Made a nice cheesy tuna pasta in the evening.

Another day in lockdown, very busy with work stuff and with a few annoying family things.
To say thanks to Thomas for doing some computer things it was a Two for Tuesday day :-)
But I had to have mine whilst taking part in a works Zoom session.

My wife is still unwell which is slightly unfair for her as she is off this week.

Another busy weekend but had a nice breakfast to start the day.

My wife was quite unwell so had to take the day off sick. Then it was just another day in lockdown, very busy with work stuff.

Another day in lockdown, very busy with work stuff.
Went out in the afternoon so my wife could have her first vaccination but she wasn't very well afterwards.

Busy time but had a nice Chinese take away on Saturday.
Made a nice roast pork dinner on Sunday.
With some pancakes & fruit for afters.
