The weekend started with a nice brunch.
Did a few things in the office, then went and did some shopping. Made some chicken wraps, with fry's onion rings and sweetcorn in the evening.
My diary of changing things in my life, my size, fitness, the state of my house and life. Not a big task then.
The weekend started with a nice brunch.
A busy and tiring day, mostly spent in garden, cutting the grass and tidying up.
My wife made a lovely cheesy tuna pasta in the evening.
A busy day in the office and thankfully finished the University Assessments, and my other work. So hopefully when I had updated my website I should be free to start writing.
In the evening we had jacket potatoes, with the rest of the pizza and some salad.
Did some work in the morning, then in the afternoon I finished re-potting the bamboo and even put some new lights in the tubs.
We had some leftover kebab stuff for lunch.
Then in the evening I went to a Crime Writers event in town, which was quite interesting (and they even had wine) and got me wanting to do my writing soon.
I had a busy start to the day, getting my wife's car fixed (as one of the headlamps had gone), refueled and washed. The traffic was awful, taking me 30minutes to go across town to Halfords.
In the afternoon I re-potted the bamboo, which had grown too big for the large pots we all ready had them in, so I split them and re-potted them, which was knackering, but hopefully the will stay healthy and grow more, providing a bit more cover at the front of the house.
Easter Monday and we had a relaxing start to the day. We went to see my parents after lunch, for tea & cake. Then in the evening I made some tasty halloumi kebabs.
We had a nice sleep and a relaxing morning, then went for a lovely brunch of smoked salmon & scrambled eggs at The Malt Cafe.
Then we went for a walk along the sea-front and then met up with Tim and had a few drinks at the Worthing Gin van.
Good Friday and we went off to Worthing, and it rained for the whole journey but stopped when we arrived.
We were supposed to have a room with a view, so it was fair to assume, given we were on Worthing Seafront, that it would be a view of Worthing Seafront but we had one of the car park roof at the back of the hotel.
They said they didn't have a room with a sea view, so we stayed where we were. After freshening-up we met up with Lee and had a few drink and a lovely Italian at Enzo's.
