Day 4625 (31/08/2022)

Back to usual, busy in the office but time for the gym.

Day 4624 (30/08/2022)

A busy day spent online, with one meeting after another.

Day 4623 (29/08/2022)

It's a Bank Holiday but my wife had to work and then we went to Bristol to see family. We stayed late and had a nice curry.

Day 4621 & 4622 (27 & 28/08/2022)

It's a Bank Holiday weekend and time to relax a bit.  After a relaxing morning we went in the afternoon and found ourselves in a busy North Devon, around Lynmouth, Lynton & Ilfracombe.

Quite a full, exhausting & nerve wrecking (horrendous cliff side drive) day.

Sunday I saw my parents in the morning and then did a lovely pork chop dinner in the evening, which was unintentionally quite colourful.

Day 4620 (26/08/2022)

Work & gym.

Day 4619 (25/08/2022)

A busy day, with a presentation to a conference in India.

Then to the gym.

Then in the evening I made Jamie Oliver vegetable enchiladas.

They were quite spicy & garlicy but very tasty.

Day 4618 (24/08/2022)

Another busy day.

Day 4617 (23/08/2022)

A busy day of work & the gym.

Then I picked my car up and helped myself to a chocolate bar in exchange for the £300 it cost me.

Then online for the rest of the evening.

Day 4616 (22/08/2022)

Car to the garage to eventually get fixed, then back to work and back at the gym.

Day 4614 & 4615 (20 & 21/08/2022)

It's the weekend with hopefully sometime to relax. I did some work during the day then made a mushroom tagliatelle in a creamy sauce, topped with some nice crispy lardons, with a caprice salad and olive bread, all very tasty :-)

Then on Sunday did a nice meat-pie and mash.

With a lovely bottle of Presecco.

Day 4613 (19/08/2022)

Work and the gym.

Then in the evening I had planned to make a lovely monk fish tikka masala with coconut rice and a saag paneer & with a vegi curry for Thomas. I had so many pans on the go, I thought I might cook the monk fish in the over but that was a bit of a mistake.

It was tasty (ish) but not what I had imagined and the rice turned out like a cross between rice pudding and semolina.

A bit of a depressing disaster :-(
