Had a nice long sleep and felt better in the morning, but decided to have a day off from the gym.
My diary of changing things in my life, my size, fitness, the state of my house and life. Not a big task then.
Had a nice long sleep and felt better in the morning, but decided to have a day off from the gym.
I've been waking up quite early lately, but think it might be as I have slept enough. We had a nice brunch, then did a few things in the house.
I woke up early, so went into the office to do some things. I'm finding it quite difficult to concentrate on work at the moment, my heart is no longer in it, but I am keen on going to the gym and getting the house sorted, so hopefully that will continue, so fingers crossed I am soon slimer and healthy and we can start getting the house renovated / decorated. I've also booked a writing course, so hopefully that will kick-start my writing again.
Went to the gym in the morning.
It was nice to have a weekend, when I didn't do much work. I was up early, as Thomas was off for a walk on Exmore with some friends.
I started going thru some books, seeing which ones I could sell, and which ones were going to charity, and was able to get rid of two small boxes for a few quid. It is a start and if I can get the stuff that won't sell to the charity shop this week, then I will be a bit of a result.
I made some bacon sandwiches for brunch, then we went outside to start tidying the garden after the winter which was tyring but rewarding.
Friday and I had a some work to finish in the office, then I took some more stuff to the storage unit.
The storage unit is filling up and the garage is getting empty, I will get some quotes soon from builders to convert the garage and start getting our house renovated. We must also start going thru a lot of these thing and put some of it in the tip, and some of it in charity shops, I doubt (hope) that we will keep that much, as we don't need it.
Another busy day in the office but the day started finishing off the pancakes, yoghurt and fruit.
Then off to the gym, and added to my usual routine.
I picked up my wife from work and we had a quick pasty, chips and beans, before going to the Brewhouse to see Ivo Graham, who was really funny.
A busy day in the office, and no gym, giving my arm a chance to recover. Had one of the leftover pancakes and fruit from the weekend for breakfast.
It was a busy day, with an early morning Doctors appointment, then home for breakfast.
And then off to give blood after lunch.
Back to work and back to the gym, early, as I had to take my Dad to the eye clinic in the afternoon.
Lee went home at lunchtime.
In the evening we finished off the vodka rigatoni.
