We had a relaxed start to the day, then had a walk along the Worthing Seafront before having a breakfast / brunch outside in the sunshine at Worthing Lido.
Then we had a drive around, stopping off at Bognor Regis for an ice-cream.
Then off to Bournemouth, where we were staying in a cheap PremierInn, which had a lovely balcony, overlooking the seafront.

Dorset Rock Oysters On Ice.
Pan-Seared Scallops, on Butternut Squash Caponata, Golden Raisins with Citrus Emulsion and Pistachio Crumble.
Hake, on risotto.
Baked Halibut, on Homemade Lemon Gnocchi, White Shellfish Sauce Finished with Crispy Leek & Trout Roe.
Dessert - baileys ice-cream.
Dessert - possibly a creme brulee.
