A busy day, doing a bit of shopping in the morning, then back home for a quick brunch, with tomatoes & feta, before doing some online calls.
In the evening I made a nice mixed seafood tikka masala, a mixed vegetable bhuna, saag paneer, with coconut rice, all very tasty.
