New Years Eve.
Given that Thomas is still isolating it is going to be a quiet time.
We decided to see out the year quietly with a curry.
My diary of changing things in my life, my size, fitness, the state of my house and life. Not a big task then.
New Years Eve.
Given that Thomas is still isolating it is going to be a quiet time.
We decided to see out the year quietly with a curry.
Both kids are on the mend and feeling better but Thomas is still isolating as he is till testing as positive.
Went old school this evening with ham, egg & chips :-)
Both kids still ill but thankfully not too bad.
It is nice and quiet at work, so I can get on updating the training in peace.
In the evening I made a vegi special egg fried rice, with noodles, very tasty and probably healthier than a take-away.
One child (I know they are grown adults but they are still our kids) with a negative test result and one with a positive test result, so mixed blessings.
Did a vegi sausage casserole in the evening.
Currently waiting for both kids to get tested and the results :-(
Fingers crossed that neither has it bad. Fortunately both me and my wife are both currently testing negative.
In the evening I did a baked Camembert for starters, followed a few hours later by a very tasty cheesy tuna gnocchi.
It's CHRISTMAS :-)
We had a nice view from the hotel room
And a lovely breakfast.
Then we went off to Lee & Tim's.
Christmas Eve and my wife was out to work very early and back just before lunchtime, then we got ready and went off to Worthing.
It was a very wet drive and so it was nice to get to the restaurant and relax in the evening, which was really lovely.
No gym today as we had a funeral in the afternoon.
Unfortunately Thomas isn't too great after his booster.
Back to the gym.
In the afternoon we went to Bristol to lay some flowers on the graves and then went home via Weston.
Back to work and back at the gym.
Did some shopping and the traffic was awful.
Made a nice but quick cheesy mushroom pasta dish in the evening.
Its the weekend :-)
I was hoping to go the whole pandemic without doing one of these tests but we were going out later so all tested just to make sure. Thankfully they were all negative.
