Home for the weekend, having a nice breakfast.
Then off to Bristol for Ester's 60th Birthday meal, which was very nice.
The food was quite tasty and was as follows, kombucha pickled pear, whipped goats cheese, rocket, brittle, goji/tahini dressing.
Then baked aubergine, fried plantain beetroot hummus, satay, spring onion.
Then thai ceviche tacos with mango salsa (which were very messy).
Then jerk chicken with beetroot risotto and thyme salsa.
Then date falafel, chocolate cinnamon sauce, pistachio/mint sweet pesto, fruit salad.
Then we had ice-cream made gorgonzola cheese, jalapeno peppers and pears, odd but tasty.
My wife was off on Sunday, so it was nice to spend some time together and I did a cheats quick roast chicken dinner in the evening.
