Day 3623 & 3624 (30/11 & 01/12/2019)

The weekend is here :-)

I did some DIY in the afternoon, hanging the door mechanism in the on-suite, which was easy but impressive and I made sure my wife knew that I had been good.

In the evening I made a very nice cod dish, with prawns in a white wine & tarragon sauce on a bed of spinach with asparagus in parma ham., yum yum yum :-)

 On Sunday it was time for a new photo of Kyile.

I made some brownies, making enough for afters today, which we had with some very nice vanilla custard. 

And I made a nice roast chicken dinner, which we had with Thomas (I made him a vegi one) before he went back in the evening.

Day 3622 (29/11/2019)

In the office in the morning.

In the evening I made a vegi Mexican as Thomas was home for the weekend.

Day 3621 (28/11/2019)

Working in the office during the day and then off to Bristol to see Frank Skinner (he was very funny) at the Hippodrome with my friend Sam.

We had a burger before which was very tasty but quite messy :-)

Day 3620 (27/11/2019)

Another day in the office and then my wife made a really tasty chicken & prawn laksa curry for dinner.

Day 3619 (26/11/2019)

Up first thing and off to Bristol to do a demo for the police of our software.

Then home, where my postal vote had arrived.

Fingers crossed that the election goes the right way (which is obviously not to the right).

Day 3618 (25/11/2019)

Back to work but had to take time out to tidy up the leaves in the garden as it's bin collection day tomorrow.

Day 3616 & 3617 (23 & 24/11/2019)

We woke up to much better weather and a sea from our Travelodge.

We had a nice breakfast at the hotel and then had a walk around Worthing until meeting up with Lee.
 

 

Then out for a Mexican, which was the best Mexican ever.

   

We even had free tequila :-) 

On the Sunday we went to view  some houses and drove over to Bournemouth to meet up with Thomas. We had a walk around the Christmas display then went off for dinner.

 

   

 

  

 

 

 

Day 3615 (22/11/2019)

Did some work in the morning and then off to Worthing for the weekend for Lee's Birthday.

We stopped off at the services in Southampton on the way.

Then got to Worthing in the dark and met up with Lee and had a very nice Italian, somewhere we had eaten before.

   

 

 
It was very tasty.

 

And I may have drunk too much wine as well :-)

Another busy in the day, looking forward to a few days away and catching up with the kids at the weekend.

An early day and up to Cardiff for a Missing People day at the University, then home and I made pizza's :-)

A cold day, doing things in the office trying to stay warm.

A busy day in the morning and then off to a meeting in the afternoon, where they provided biscuits :-)

Day 3609 & 3610 (16 & 17/11/2019)

Hopefully a more relaxing weekend this weekend than last weekend, although there is always lots to do. In the afternoon we went to a garden centre to buy some bits for the garden and stopped for some tea & cake, which was very nice.

Then home to make a curry.

   

Sunday I tidied the garden and wrapped the plants up for the winter, even though we still have carnations flowering.
 

 

And I topped up the bird feeder.

Then I made a nice roast beef dinner.

And did some baked apple for afters.
