Day 3469 & 3470 (29 & 30/06/2019)

Another busy weekend with lots of work to do, whilst trying to relax, tidy the garden, sell things on eBay and watch Glastonbury.

Had a nice brunch.

Then I went to Tesco's to get some stuff for a BBQ and the car was showing it was 36 degrees.

Then I came back and tidied the garden and potted a few sunflowers and a tomato & chilli plant.

Did a BBQ in he evening :-)

On Sunday I bought my wife some new flowers and made a nice pasta dinner.

 

Obviously as its the end of June we had Christmas Pudding for afters.

Day 3468 (28/06/2019)

Another busy day in the office.

I took Thomas to work as I needed the car to do the recycling and buy some things for the garden, so when I picked him up he got me a nice drink.

Day 3467 (27/06/2019)

It was an early (very early) start as although I wasn't  actually speaking in Northampton until the afternoon I had arranged to meet some people there, so thought I should be there for the day.

There was some nice food but I missed most of lunch as I was talking to someone.

The talk went OK and hopefully we will get something from it.

Then I had a long drive back and went to a pensioners meeting, with a nice buffet with hot dogs :-)

Then home after a very long day.

Day 3466 (26/06/2019)

Another day at work and an early night as I'm at a conference in Northampton tomorrow.

Day 3465 (25/06/2019)

Back to work, with a polite calm atmosphere between me and Richard, which was nice and sort of unexpected.

Day 3464 (24/06/2019)

Our holiday is over and we were up a bit early to get ready and pack. Then a hot journey to the airport.

And a flight back to the UK where it was about 15 degrees cooler but still warm.

I made a nice pasts dinner in the evening.

Day 3462 & 3463 (22 & 23/06/2019)

Golly this holiday is flying by, its the weekend already.

Another relaxing day, then dinner at the hotel.

 

 

  

 
We didn't manage to eat most of the pizza, so we managed to get a box to take it away for lunch tomorrow.

Sunday and our 35th Anniversary of our first meeting in Bristol on a night out :-)

Another relaxing day at the pool, with our left pizza for lunch. Then dinner at the restaurant but we sat outside tonight and went for some cocktails to celebrate.

   

   

   

Day 3461 (21/06/2019)

We had breakfast and the got a taxi into the nearby old town of Nessebar.

Then we went off to Sunny Beach. 

Then back to Nessebar for dinner overlooking the sea.

 

 
More great local wine and salads.

And paella.

 

Then back to the hotel for scrabble.

Day 3460 (20/06/2019)

Another similar day, starting with a nice breakfast but we went for a walk along the nearby beach before then lazing by the pool for the day. 

   

   

Then in the evening we went back to the nearby seafood restaurant.

 

   

We may over ordered slightly but it was very nice. 

 

 

Then back for our evening game of scrabble, which is so much harder than playing it online. You can't so easily check words and have to add it all up properly, rather than the computer doing it all for you. Plus we always play after we have been drinking.
