Day 3408 (30/04/2019)

A busy morning and then a relaxing afternoon, with a glass of Presecco and and afternoon tea at Marco Pierre White's in Bridgwater.

Day 3407 (29/04/2019)

A busy day, with lots of work to do but I had to take my wife's car to the garage and wait whilst they did the air-conditioning, so that rather disrupted the flow but getting there slowly.

Day 3405 & 3406 (27 & 28/04/2019)

The weekend is here and whilst I'm looking forward to having some time off I must get a bit more work done.

Had an American Diner vibe for dinner tonight, with burgers & hot dogs :-)

On Sunday I bought my wife some fresh flowers.

And made a lovely roast pork dinner.

Making headway on doing the training packages for the new software and quite impressed by the recent changes, fingers crossed that it sells well.

Another busy day in the office, loads to do but feeling I'm getting there.

Another day at work, not achieving as much as I wanted.

In the evening I made a nice stir fry, with a chick in sweet chilli sauce and a lamb in black bean sauce.

Quite tasty.

Day 3401 (23/04/2019)

End of the bank holiday and back to work. In the evening my wife insisted on calling for pizza delivery :-)

Day 3400 (22/04/2019)

Last day of the Easter bank holiday weekend and time to spend tidying up the garden, planting some flowers and getting the gnomes out for the summer.

 

 

In the evening I made nice cheesy tuna pasta, with tarragon. 

Day 3398 & 3399 (20 & 21/04/2019)

Saturday was a lazy morning with a lovely breakfast.

After doing some shopping for tomorrows dinner then we went of to then Fynn Court for a walk around and some tea & cake but not in that order.

  

   

In the evening I did some fish and chicken wraps.

Sunday we had a healthy ish breakfast. 

Then the rest of the day was spent preparing for my parents coming round for dinner.

 

 

 

It was very tasty :-)

Plus a nice choice of afters.

Day 3397 (19/04/2019)

Having a few days off for Easter, starting with a nice breakfast.

Then we went off to Knightshays a National Trust property in Tiverton.

Then off to Dawlish for a walk along the seafront, where we saw a seal.

Then having some fish & chips.

And an ice-cream.

So much to do but really looking forward to a few days off for Easter.

Got my new laptop and it is really nice.

Plus got my desktop fixed and its much better.

Up very early and cracked on with some work.

In the evening we went out for a Chinese with Gary & Elaine and had a lovely time.

 

 

 

Day 3394 (16/04/2019)

Loads to do but not to much achieved.

Also after taking my laptop to the computer doctors yesterday and having to order a new one, my desktop broke, with a filed hard drive :-(

Day 3393 (15/04/2019)

Monday morning and back to work, with lots to do.

Had a lovely tuna salad in the evening, with a wonderful homemade guacamole, made with avocado and low fat Greek yogurt that was really lovely.

Day 3391 & 3392 (13 & 14/04/2019)

Nice to have some personal time at the weekend but it was a fairly early start as we were going off to see our best friends in Bristol.

It was great to catch-up with them and they made a very lovely vegi curry. For afters they did a baileys & ice-cream in an easter egg, which was very nice.

On Sunday I did a few things around then house, then off to do the shopping for they day, buying my wife some nice tulips. 

 

Then I made a nice roast chicken dinner for us an a vegi option for Lee. 

 

Then Lee had to drive back home. It was great to see them but it is always to short.
