It's hard to believe that it was the toast that was the unhealthy stuff but I do feel full most of the time and am avoiding cakes & snacks, so I guess it is having an affect.
In the evening I made a mixed seafood curry, with a side of spinach curry with toasted nuts & creamy planner cheese, with cauliflower & coconut rice, which was all very tasty.
Had a nice dinner in the afternoon, using up the pork chop & sausages from the other day.
