Another dry & bright morning and doing some work. Then as soon as my wife came home we drove up to Bristol to lay some flowers on Mary's grave, for her Birthday.

It wasn't raining and the sun was actually out, which was nice. Had a nice breakfast.
Did some work during the day and then we went to see my Mum & Dad when my wife came home, as it was my Mum Birthday.
Had a nice dinner in the evening.

Thankfully its stopped raining. Got some work done and we finished off the hunters vegi chicken in the evening.

Weather still awful and we had a bit of a lie-in, then a nice brunch.
Did some work and had a tasty vegi Hunters Chicken in the evening.

Back to work. We finished off the seafood pasta for lunch.
I was online in the evening for the Uni course, then we had a late pizza and salad for dinner.

Day 5503 & 5504 (25 & 26/01/2025)
It's the weekend and according to Thomas it was a bit frosty this morning. Anyway the day started with a nice Brunch.
Then in the evening I made a very tasty mixed seafood tagliatelle, in a white wine & cream sauce, with some garlic bread and another glass on Christmas leftover snowball.

Busy in the office, getting all of my work done, as in the evening we went to a Curry & Comedy evening at the Brewhouse, which was very nice.

Back to work, catching-up after two weeks away. In the evening I was online for a couple of hours to do the University sessions, then a quick pasta dish for dinner.

Day 5496 & 5497 (18 & 19/01/2025)
It was nice to wake up in my own bed and have a lie-in before having a nice brunch.
Then I refueled my Dad's car, washed & checked the tyres before returning it.
In the evening we had some nice salt & pepper squid, with rocket & spring onions, and some smoked salmon mousse.
Then we had some leftover stew.
