Day 5512 (03/02/2025)

Up early, as I had to take my Dad to the eye hospital, then back home to do some work.

 

Day 5510 & 5511 (01 & 02/02/2025)

February, after what seemed like the longest month in history. The Kylie calendar is a bit odd, but not a bad picture for February. 

The had a lovely brunch.

Then in the evening we went to a nice Italian for my Mum's Birthday, with some lovely food.  

 

Then back to Mum & Dad's for tea and Birthday Cake.

Sunday me & Lee went to see my parents for breakfast, then back, where we had an early roast diner, so Lee could head back home.

Very tasty.

And some nice afters.

Day 5509 (31/01/2025)

Another dry & bright morning and doing some work. Then as soon as my wife came home we drove up to Bristol to lay some flowers on Mary's grave, for her Birthday.

Then home, just before Thomas and Lee, who is visiting for my Mum's Birthday. We ordered a curry, which was really tasty but took nearly 2 hours to arrive :-(

Day 5508 (30/01/2025)

It wasn't raining and the sun was actually out, which was nice.  Had a nice breakfast. 

Did some work during the day and then we went to see my Mum & Dad when my wife came home, as it was my Mum Birthday.  

Had a nice dinner in the evening.

Day 5507 (29/01/2025)

Thankfully its stopped raining. Got some work done and we finished off the hunters vegi chicken in the evening.

Day 5506 (28/01/2025)

Weather still awful and we had a bit of a lie-in, then a nice brunch.

Did some work and had a tasty vegi Hunters Chicken in the evening. 

Day 5505 (27/01/2025)

Back to work. We finished off the seafood pasta for lunch.

I was online in the evening for the Uni course, then we had a late pizza and salad for dinner. 

Day 5503 & 5504 (25 & 26/01/2025)

It's the weekend and according to Thomas it was a bit frosty this morning.  Anyway the day started with a nice Brunch.

I did some work in the afternoon, then we had a nice little fishy starter tonight, with some smoked salmon pate and prawn cocktail, with a nice Christmas Snowball to drink.

Then in the evening I made a very tasty mixed seafood tagliatelle, in a white wine & cream sauce, with some garlic bread and another glass on Christmas leftover snowball.

Very nice :-)

Sunday, what a wet & windy day :-(

I saw my parents for breakfast, then home to do some work and made some vegi burgers for dinner for me and Thomas, as my wife was out for the evening.

Day 5502 (24/01/2025)

Busy in the office, getting all of my work done, as in the evening we went to a Curry & Comedy evening at the Brewhouse, which was very nice.  

With a nice tasty chicken and a vegi paneer curry.  

Then into the theatre to see Omid Djalili, who we last saw 9 years ago. 

His last show was funnier, he was still good but the jokes were a bit further apart, with politics taking up more of the act than comedy, which is a difficult balancing act.
