Day 5328 & 5329 (03 & 04/08/2024)

The weekend and a lie-in, followed by a nice brunch.

Did some work and relaxed a bit. In the evening I made a very tasty mixed seafood linguine, in a creamy white wine sauce, with a lovely capris with burrata and I did a pasta with tomato sauce for Thomas.

Sunday I saw my parents in the morning, then home to do some things and make a lovely roast Pork dinner, with potato, leeks, carrots & spinach in a fennel & cream sauce.

Very tasty, with a nice bottle of wine
