Very busy at work but still at the gym.

We had some lovely curry in the evening.

Back to work and back to the gym after a busy few family days.

Slowly nearing the 1000minutes I pledged for Locate. 

Had a nice burger & wedges in the evening. 

 

Day 5352 (27/08/2024)

We were up early and off to Cardiff with my Mum & Dad to see the family, which we hadn't done since this time last year.

We had a lovely time but didn't take any pictures, apart from of the lasagne & salad. 

Day 5351 (26/08/2024)

It was a busy Bank Holiday morning, with my wife at work whilst I did some work before we went up to Bristol after lunch, to see her family, with some lovely food.

With fish & chips in the evening. 

Day 5349 & 5350 (24 & 25/08/2024)

The weekend with lots to do but I wanted to relax a bit but we started with a nice brunch.

In the evening I made a tasty steak and chips tonight, with mushroom, onion rings and tomato, with vegi stuffed mushrooms for Thomas.

Sunday I saw my parents for breakfast then back home to catch-up some some work. 

Then my wife came home early, so we had a nice starter.

Then I made a tasty mixed seafood in a white wine & cream sauce tagliatelle.

Day 5348 (23/08/2024)

Relaxed slightly after speaking to Dave yesterday but still had loads to do in the office and at the gym.

Had some nice fish & chips in the evening.

Day 5347 (22/08/2024)

Wednesday was a bit of a busy day, meeting Dave to chat about Locate, so no gym today. Then I had to take my dad to the eye hospital.

I had been fancying cheese & biscuits for ages, so that's what I did for a bit of a mega buffet in the evening.

Wednesday was another busy day in the gym and at the office.

We had pasta in the evening.

Day 5345 (20/08/2024)

Tuesday, we had a nice brunch.

Then busy in the office and at the gym.

Then we finished off the Chinese before going online in the evening.  

Day 5344 (19/08/2024)

Back to work and back to the gym.

Then home for some bubble & squeak.

We had a tasty but quite late dinner. 

Day 5342 & 5343 (17 & 18/08/2024)

Decided to have a lazy relaxing Saturday, which started with a nice brunch.

We had some more of the Chinese for diner.

On Sunday I saw my parents, then home to do a few things, then made a nice roast chicken diner.
