It's been a busy week but I made time for the gym, so 5 days on the trot.
Hopefully this will become the new routine and I can start to get into some sort of shape.
My diary of changing things in my life, my size, fitness, the state of my house and life. Not a big task then.
It's been a busy week but I made time for the gym, so 5 days on the trot.
Hopefully this will become the new routine and I can start to get into some sort of shape.
Another day in the office and another trip to the gym.
The gym is right opposite a drive thru costs, as the temptation is always there, so I don't take my wallet.
A busy day in the office, with hopefully a few successes for our organisation. Also went to the gym again.
It's the weekend and it's finally stopped raining. We had a very nice brunch and then time to catch-up on a few reports.
A wet and windy day, spent mostly in the office but managed my third day of the week in the gym.
Honestly this is a photo of me after going on the cross-trainer not just after walking up the stairs.
Then off to the tip to get rid of some shredded paper.
I really should shred my accounts every year when they are no longer required (they are only legally required to be kept for 6 full years), as trying to shred 8 years of accounts and receipts is going to take ages and several trips to the tip, as 7 full bags was only about 3 years worth.
Had a nice prawn salad for lunch :-)
Another wet and horrible day, mostly spent in the office but managed to get to the gym again.
It is going to be a long road to get into any type of shape but it will be worth it.
Another day in the office and the sun came out.
In the afternoon I went to the gym for the first time in 6 months. I took it fairly easy as there is no point in killing myself.
Another day in lockdown, in the rain but with Ann here making the place a bit tidier.
Monday and back to work, although I don't have much enthusiasm at the moment. The weather is awful this month, with unbelievably heavy rain. I hope we have a half decent summer.
It's the weekend and I had a bit of work which needed doing.
In the evening I made a nice chilli con carne.
On Sunday my wife went back to work and I went to my Mum & Dad's for breakfast, then in the afternoon I made a nice pan friend pork chop dinner.
It was a fairly quiet day at home, then in the afternoon I did a afternoon tea, which we had with a nice bottle of pin champagne :-)
It's my wife's Birthday today.
So I made a nice breakfast.
Then we went out for a walk around Lyme Regis.
Decided to have a day out, starting with breakfast at Costa with a ultimate breakfast wrap and a cup of tea.
Then we stopped off in Bridgwater to lay some flowers, then went to Dunster Castle for a wander around the National Trust place in the rain.
Then we went off to Minehead for a look at the see and then some nice fish & chips.
