Day 2806 (04/09/2017)

Up early to do some work, then I made a fairly healthy smoothie for breakfast, with bananas, blueberries, walnuts, natural yogurt and some yakult.


 

It was actually was quite tasty and kept my full, so I might make this a regular thing.


Then off to the gym in a the late afternoon.


I'm still only doing one circuit but added to the weights.

I'm looking forward to playing badminton every week as well, which should help me get fir and in shape.
