Day 2780 (09/08/2017)

I swear it is August but it is like November outside, as it is cold, with rain and wind :-(

I went to the gym again but could hardly lift my arms, this better start to pay off soon :-(

The photos are after the cross trainer and weights and just before the sit-ups, anything to put the sit-ups off for another minute or two.

Had a nice Mexican in the evening.
