Still loads to do with work but having the hedge cut today.
It always looks a lot better after the hedgeman has been (and is actually cheaper and safer than hiring the tools yourself).
Went for another swim today but hopefully I will be in the gym next week, so my FitBit should be showing a vast improvement as I have to take it off for swimming.
