Day 2610 (20/02/2017)

Monday and a fresh week but with work to do.

I also opted for the gym again, with a little routine, including sit-ups.


I'm getting to the stage where I sort of look forward to going to the gym, doing my exercises, having a shower and then getting back and having my fruit.

Now if I can only do this, making the routine harder and longer, for the next year or two then I should start to get a bit slimmer.
