Made a nice Mexican in the evening.
Sunday started with work, which was difficult with the internet.
Dinner started with Sushi.
Then I made a fish soup. Starting with boiling some potato & leak in a fish stock.
Then blitzing that up.
Then adding tomatoes.
Then adding cream.
Then adding, salmon, haddock, cod, crab and some prawns.
Quite tasty.
