Day 2592 (02/02/2017)

A busy day but I managed to go swimming and then have lunch at the gym.

A very tasty tuna & cheese panini, with a banana and a capri-sun.

Then I drove to London for a Directors Meeting at the Civil Service Club (I couldn't take the train as it was going to go on too late).

Then we went for dinner at a nearby Prezzo, where I had a fairly small lasagna.

Then a long drive back home in the early hours.
