Well I spent a lot of time at the weekend shredding old company documents that I no longer needed. Each resulted in about 3 big bin bags full of waste. I have done two years got one more to go. Why did I keep everything. Having realised that mistake a few years ago for the last 5 or 6 years I keep the bear minimum but this is a task I should do every year.
I have a number of chores to do and calls to make today. I must get the garden done and get the boiler sorted.
I am also hopeful of getting back out on the bike. It will only be a short journey as I will have to work my way back up to the daily 7mile route but its a start.
Also if your interested the answer is yes, we did have a curry, the kids insisted.
